Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
The first room was adequate but once you notice the details, it seemed the room was unkept - torn blackout blinds and dusty cabinetry. The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone ...

One King West Hotel & Residence
Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work.

Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites
We had to switch rooms because our first one was not what we expected through our booking. Once we got another room, with help from the staff who were doing their best, the room was okay for the price.
