It's very close to the airport, convenient for over night. If you arrive in time there are some dining options but onlubone place open late nearby.

There was noise in the halls at all hours, the bed was so stiff it was hard to sleep on, the tub faucet was leaky, there were cracked tiles, the lock didn't work properly, and the airport shuttle was not only falling apart but was incredibly dirty. At the end of the day, the room served its purpose but I won't be staying there again.

We were told to cstch the shuttle at #13 at terminsl 3 which we did and it took us to the wtong hotel. How were we supposed to know that there are 2 "Quality Inns"? The driver needs to inform his passengers which of the two hotels he is going to. We had to take a taxi to the correct hotel. Major snafu!

It looked very sketchy when pulling up to it. It was dark and dingy. Had to have mom check for bed bugs. It does in a pinch for cheap overnight before your flight, but it hurt abit coming from a hilton on niagara to this hotel. Snobby i know 😬

I had sent messages weeks in advance to inform the hotel that I would be checking in late and needed assistance with my luggage. However, the lady at the reception was not very pleasant when I arrived and was rude. The next morning, I encountered a friendly receptionist who arranged for the staff to help me with my luggage.

This property is perfect for an overnight during layovers for connecting flights from Toronto Pearson Airport. Free shuttles from and to the airport are convenient. The hotel is a bit “tired” but clean with comfortable beds. Literally minutes from airport by shuttle, so not much to do in area. There is a Pub on site and a pizza place as well. Both are fine. We got in at 930pm so no food available at Pub but we were able to order a pizza and eat it at the restaurant and have a beer.

I usually stay in Quality Inn Toronto Airport when traveling via Toronto. Every time it is a very pleasant experience. The shuttle bus will pick me up for free and in 5 minutes I am in the hotel. The staff is excellent - professional and very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, nice size, with good heating/cooling, very nice bed linen. The pizza restaurant on the property is not fancy, but good, with good honest food. The staff there is really nice too. I like the place and plan to stay here many more times.

Check in is really late. Most places are at 2 pm though they did get me to a room about 3-3:30 pm The paint on the door frame was chipped lots. The bathroom is tight and the toilet is a small style The rest of the room was good and I liked the fact it included breakfast and a ride to the airport All the best

at check in, the lady at the desk took my credit card to a place at her desk that i could not see. I asked politely that i would like my credit card to always be in my view and her response was "well i have to input it". Yet, all she did was tap it when she actually used it, which typically that is done by the customer. She did not safely handle my credit card!

There were 2 guests that had left items at the hotel. 1 was 1 week ago, it was there for them. 2nd one, was 2 weeks ago, it was also there for them. Happiness all around.

Another good stay at this hotel. We were traveling with our 2 neurotic rescue dogs, and we were given a very appropriate room on the ground floor. We were allowed to hang out in the lobby area after checkout since our flight was in the evening. The shuttle service was much improved since my stay last month. This is one of my favorite Pearson hotels.
