So we booked 2 queen beds for this, however during check-in, they gave us a room with this super strong odor and only one queen bed. That, as you can see, is very frustrating. So we went back to the reception desk and then was told they no longer have 2 queen beds available so they gave us 1 king bed instead. We were tired so we took it anyways. So, with them provided us a wrong room was not an error. They knew but never took the time tell us instead, wasted our time. That was very frustrating. Another thing and thi is jyst an FYI, to Monte carlo Inn management, emergency do happen, and quest may ask for a safety pin or a needle and tread. I went to service desk and had asked for one they gave me a kit with thread and no needle? I went back to to ask again but was told that is all they have no needle. We suggest you check your kit. They may help your quest in the future.
Anyway, We gave 3 stars because breakfast were very decent and parking was good and already included.
