there was no place whatsoever to enjoy buffet style breakfast. No continental breakfast, you only could rely on fast food franchise joints that were available at the casino only. That meant that you either had to get room service, or nothing at all if you had a family member with you that was under age. Because the food was only available on the casino floor and that meant that our 17-year-old daughter was not able to come with us to get a nice dinner at the restaurant

Didn't like that the parking was so far from the front entrance. They charged a spa fee but the pool, sauna and hot tub were not open. The shower in the accessible room was not installed properly and it flooded the bathroom floor and the entrance to the room. It made the bathroom floor very slippery. When I mentioned it at check out they said they were aware of the condition and were looking into it. Then they should not have rented it out if they knew this is what was happening.

Poor check in service, hotel signs directs you no where. Going in circles to find hotel entrance in the parking lot. Once you find it, Have to walk so far to get to desk. Worst check in service. Poor room service. No swimming pool. Poor set up in washroom, no shelves in shower, had to place items like your shampoo on the floor.

Never seen a Hotel with a movie theater and all the other amenities and a Mall coming as well Loved it I was so comfortable, it will be the only place I stay in years to come. About the only missing is a shuttle service to and from both Train and Airport service

Taxes are Harmonized Sales Tax and Municipal Accommodation Tax that are mandated by the government which is technically included on you prepaid reservation. We do have a resort fee that is 19.99 plus tax. This resort fee includes the overall experience of the property from wifi, parking etc. Unfortunately, as of this time we do not have shuttle to and from the airport. In the near future, we may offer this service.Regards,

Overall good but here are a few items. -The room was nice but the wardrobe should be near the bathroom not on the other side of the room - #601 -The room has large windows but the desk id facing the opposite wall and should be facing into the room -The fridge and coffee make is on the desk which tales up to much room. There is plenty of the space on the room to have a separate table / place -The water leaks through the bottom of the shower door onto the floor towel and makes the floor all wet and inconvenient -

Overall a great experience, the rooms are fresh and large. The windows are huge and the view is great. I was upgraded to the track facing room, which was a great view. The only recommendation I would make is to update the closet space and provide more seating in the room. Large room with lots of space, could use a sofa to sit on.

Great room, got a free upgrade to view racetracks! Very clean and comfortable beds. The downside is construction on site and lack of instructions for parking.

The room was massive in fact more than you need really as there was quite a bit wasted space. A nice couch as opposed to a chair would have been better. The TV was a bit complicated at first but eventually got used to it. Its a bit of a complicated maze to get at, the signage could be a bit better. Lots of diining options in the casino itself and a little bar/kiosk in the lobby was sufficient for snacks/drinks.
