"Reserved a room with two queen beds and the reservation was confirmed. When I arrived, they only could provide a single king bed with a sofa bed. Therefore, this was known before I arrived and the location should have informed me prior to my arrival. Due to some construction, the room I reserved wasn't available. But, the hotel recognized that this was not what I reserved and they provided free parking and my choice of snacks. I appreciated their offer as they recognized this was not what was reserved. Thanks for treating me as a valued customer. "
