"This place is highly recommended for families with young children. It's the perfect location for visiting the Grand Canyon. "We had one of the little cabins. It was plenty big enough for a couple, had a comfortable bed, hot & strong shower, good heating, working teapot, fast wi-fi, and charming rustic decor. The main lodge has a wonderful big fireplace, museum, gift shop, and Harvey's restaurant. Food was fine. Breakfast oatmeal was wonderful, with nuts & berries; others got giant egg skillets. Dinner was hearty & wholesome, scaled for hungry hikers. Another night we had a more gourmet meal at the steakhouse which is attached but entered through a different door, so in but not of the hotel. Neither of us had steak--went in the fish direction. Great breads, salads, sauces, desserts. Both restaurants had good wine selection. We would go back to Bright Angel Lodge again. "
