"Comfortable, Family-Friendly Accommodation in a Convenient Location We enjoyed our stay at Tūrangi Leisure Lodge. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and practical, with a spacious, open layout that worked particularly well for our family of three. Our unit featured two twin beds in an upstairs loft and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the main living area. The bathroom was conveniently located off the living room, offering good privacy and a traditional shower stall. The kitchen was equipped with a small stove and basic cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The grounds were especially appealing for families, with generous, safe outdoor spaces for children to play and a pleasant swimming pool. The property had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Another advantage was the convenient location. Several restaurants and a grocery store were within easy walking distance, making it possible to enjoy the town without needing to drive everywhere. While the accommodations were relatively basic rather than luxurious, everything was functional and suited our needs. Tūrangi Leisure Lodge offers good, comfortable accommodation for families and travellers exploring the central North Island. We would happily stay here again."

"The motel owner was super helpful and very nice. He owns alpacas and gave us carrots to go feed them. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. We had a guided tour and the meeting point was super close so the location was perfect for us. The mountain view from the motel was gorgeous."
