Messaging through the Expedia app with host didn’t work. You need to contact Expedia to get the host’s e-mail address to communicate with host so he can help you with the check in. At the lobby there is a poster with instructions to download an app. We weren’t familiar with that method of checking in, so luckily the lobby...
