"La finca linda, más no respetaron la reserva hecha y nos cobraron un valor adicional para podernos hospedar, mucho mayor al que inicialmente se había pagado.ya que no tenían disponibilidad. que cancelaramos reserva con la página para que pudiéramos reservar con ellos directamente.
Que debíamos haber informado al hotel que nos quedaríamos previamente y que la plataforma tampoco lo había echo.
Fue un mal momento al inicio, y la habitación asignada limpia, pero sin toallas para manos, sin espejo,...

"Llegué al lugar con mi familia incluida una adulta mayor y me dijeron que no les aprecia la reserva me tuvieron en espera para darme otro hospedaje y tampoco pudieron conseguirlo perdí dinero y tiempo con ustedes, la peor reserva nunca más vuelvo a rentar en expedia son los peores "
