"Casa Tuirak exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were attentive throughout our stay. We arrived at 7:00 a.m., well before check-in, and the hotel offered us the option of enjoying the facilities while we waited or paying for an early check-in, which we appreciated after traveling overnight. There was a room assignment mix-up during our stay, but the way the staff handled it truly reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. They went above and beyond by upgrading us to the Presidential Suite, an incredibly generous gesture that we sincerely appreciated. A special thank you to Jeffrey, who coordinated and guided our tours. The hotel also arranged all of our transportation, making everything seamless and stress-free. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about the region, making every excursion memorable. The restaurant was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and made with great attention to detail. The entire team consistently provided warm, genuine hospitality that made us feel at home.
