Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Everything was perfect from the welcoming and helpful reception to the comfortable room with a great view and a wonderful shower. We walked into Toledo across the old bridge and back again after sightseeing. A little tiring because of the uphill return but definitely possible. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Will definitely visit again.

It's a quaint property just over the river from the central town. Everything was wonderful, including the food. The reception staff was very helpful with information and directions.

Very nice characterful old school hotel with wonderful views over the old town of Toledo. We walked into town and back out again over the old Roman? bridge. There's a lot of hills so be warned!

A nice value hotel just on the outskirts of Toledo Easy parking and nice to relax in the pool when it was 37 degrees A great view to have a quiet drink from either the courtyard or your room. Basic room but all you would need for a stop off in Toledo. For older folks - it is a bit far to walk but if you have a car like we did or a taxi is a great option to get into the heart of it Breakfast was nice

Great location overlooking Toledo and a short walk to an incredibly wonderful historical town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish.

Heating system in our room was out of service and we had to wait a while before we have been moved to a new room with the system properly working since - as far as we got - the heating system's failure was affecting several rooms of the hotel. Luckely, being late November, the hotel was hosting very few guests.

What a wonderful place to stay. So peaceful, clean , comfortable, friendly. Food in restaurant was absolutely delicious and very good value. The Breakfast was equally delicious and such a wide choice. We stopped here on way to the South, would definitely come back and stay couple of nights and explore around Toledo.

Thanks for spoiling New Years Eve
Back this hotel for New Years Eve break with the family in two rooms. On arrival the hotel seemed pretty quiet and empty upon asking what facilities were open we were told nothing, no bar, no food or Restaurant and only one member of staff on duty for the whole night! So we had to go to local garage forecourt and buy snacks for our New Years Eve dinner with the family - great!! We had no prior warning of this and it completely spoilt our New Years Eve. There is no excuse for no communication in this day and age!

If you access your Expedia reservations, you will see that they have 2 messages that notify you (one for each accommodation reservation made at this establishment) Specifically, this was the message we sent you with the date and time of the day it was sent: Dear customer, we inform you that our restaurant will be closed on December 30 and 31. Sorry for the inconvenience Best regards, José Luis Molina December 17, 9:04 p.m. On the other hand, understand that you should not pretend to make a reservation for accommodation and expect to have a table for such a problematic date without a prior reservation at the restaurant and we believe that all the services you hired with us were treated in a timely manner. Finally and in reference to having only one person in service, we believe that only one person in service was sufficient for the accommodation service of our 17 rooms. without another particular on our part and we regret once again not having fulfilled your expectations and we apologize for it, Have a happy year, best regards

A great place to stay as it is just a short drive away from Mirador del Valle viewpoint. The view of Toledo at dusk was simply breathtaking..we had our dinner at the hotel's restaurant..The cod fish and sirloin steak were very deliciously prepared.The staff at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast had impeccable service. Thr buffet breakfast was of high quality too. We were so pleased to have a room with a balcony that faced the Toledo old city. The room was very clean & comfortable. Within 5 min we coukd drive to tge open free car park at the foot of the old city and did a leisurely stroll to the gate and then to the cathedral of Toledo.We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of staying with thr hotel.

The hotel is delightful - clean and convenient but also very charming Spanish architecture and furnishings. And the views of the old Toledo skyline from the rooms and restaurant are gorgeous. Walking from there to the old section is pretty easy and very pleasant. And the breakfast was great. We thoroughly recommend the hotel to other travelers to Toledo.

Lovely hotel , room overlooking beautiful Toledo . Good balcony. 15 minute walk to the bridge over the river, 5 minute walk to no 71 bus into town centre. Taxi fare approx 6/7 euros. Would certainly stay here again

Great view of the old City and Cathedral. Close to St Martin pedestrian bridge to old City. Parking was free and on the grounds. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Excellent cod fish turbot.

This is a lovely place, the views of Toledo from the balcony are excellent. Outside patio with fountain and views. We went out of season but the pool was open and sun loungers out. It has an air of faded grandeur but still lovely Beds large and comfortable. Adequate breakfast- good coffee Would return

The hotel has fantastic views over the river towards Toledo. Our room had a large patio area for a quite drink before dinner. The hotel restaurant produced some high standard food and the waiter was both efficient and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking this hotel in the future.

Super hotel close to the city
This is a lovely hotel with a relaxing pool, lovely gardens overlooking a great view of the city You can eat al fresco looking at the flood lit city. Very nice gardens containing a great swimming pool. Staff were always helpful and willing to make your stay pleasant. Our meals were enjoyable made better by attentive and smiley staff. Parking....no problem. definitely would recommend

Beautiful hotel located on a hillside with fabulous view of Toledo. Comfortable room, had french doors to balcony with table and chairs with view of city. Very nice buffet breakfast, Had excellent dinner at night in hotel dining room. Free parking and short drive to city. Would definitely stay there again.

Alberto on reception was very helpful. The room had a lovely view but we could hear room noises from next door and were woken up during the night so insulation wasn’t good. We ate a meal in the restaurant but the 2 male waiters were unfriendly with us as we spoke little Spanish but they smiled with the Spanish people.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views
The hotel which was very comfortable and very Spanish is just on the outskirts of the town with an easy walk to the bridge leading to the beautiful old town. From our balcony we had a lovely view over the valley to the town in the morning we could see the sun rise from behind the hills. Our evening meal was very enjoyable. The very pleasant staff spoke English to a good level and were very helpful.

Centrally located BUT a disappointment
We changed room 3x for a 2 night stay! First room had two separated twin beds- not what we booked. The second room we moved to the tv did not work and the room had a strong smell of mold- I actually got a stomachache and did. It sleep all night because of the smell. The third room we moved to was adequate but the beds were not comfortable at all. We stayed in the annex part of the hotel- very inconvenient to get to main reception. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else and avoid the disappointment. The hotel staff is not eager to please its clients.

It's a good place to retreat to after a warm day sightseeing in Toledo. Seemed like an old Ranch. Had a private and very relaxing pool. Breakfast was varied and very good. Very convenient to sights and wonderful views. A/C worked perfectly!

We chose this hotel based on the reviews about the location and the view overlooking Toledo, and we weren't disappointed. I would certainly stay here again for that reason alone, plus the quiet location and the convenient, though pricey restaurant on site. My only complaints would be the ants and the dust mites. I am more sensitive than most but had sneezing attacks as soon as I hit the pillow. They were not able to offer me any newer pillows, just different ones. The other thing is there is no self service coffee and tea provided in the room, which is something most hotels of all levels provide.

Stayed May 2017. Pleasant hotel within about 20mins walk to Toledo. Outdoor pool and small gardens. Cheerful and quick check-in. Large bedroom with two separate beds placed together as a double bed, Bathroom was large but the tiles needed re-grouting. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant located on the ground floor, overlooking the garden/patio area. We chose the Menu del Dia, which was OK. We counted 27 customers in the restaurant. There was one young member of staff who was responsible for setting the tables, seating the customers, getting the drink orders, serving the drinks, taking the food orders, serving the food, clearing the plates, etc et etc. I have no doubt he had to was the dishes as well!! Felt sorry for him so gave him a large tip, should have suggested he works in an establishment that appreciates its staff.

Loved this place. An older place, with a rustic feel, but spectacular views of lit up old Toledo at night from our balcony, the restaurant and the outdoor bar/terrace. Really enjoyed the dinner at night--food was great, and service excellent for a reasonable price. Free parking, and the walk to the bridge to enter the old town was about 10 minutes and then another 20 minutes or so up interesting streets and alley ways to the main square. Very doable for us 60+ year olds who enjoy walking. Cabs seemed plentily available to take you back if you wished. We spent two nights here, and would go back just for the views from the room.

This small hotel is outside of old Toledo, with breathtaking views of the Cathedral and Alcazar views from each room. It is in s quiet location and in easy walking distance to San Martin bridge. You must make the walk around the ring road above the river. Superb views. Breakfast is fine and I had dinner in the restaurant one night. I am in my 50s and travelling alone and found this to be in an excellent hotel in Toledo, away from the crowds, noise and fuss of the old town.

I stayed in a room of ground level and the scenery that I could see in my room was great! But I think it would be much better in second floor room. The hotel was very good, but if you don't drive, it would be hard to get there. because it is on a hill and far from center of Toledo, you have to use taxi to get there and to go out, if you don't have car.
