I like the way the hotel reduce excessive waste and promote eco-efficent concept. For example, they provide amenity items only for those who need them.

Location with easy access to subway stations, 20 min walking to attractions in Asakusa, breakfast with traditional dishes coffee and water available 24hrs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Seven eleven and family market almost next door. Providing free skincare products, toothbrush,comb,pajamas.

I booked this hotel last minute so the only remaining one is a smoking room. As a non-smoker, it made me glad to know it didn't smell bad and I didn't see any traces of dirt. The deluxe twin room is really spacious.

Pleasan stay in Tokyo
Overall the service was good. Besides he being friendly, the staff were helpful and responsive. Don't expect the free breakfast to be like that of international buffet but it is tasty enough to fill your stomach.

Very easy to get to from Hanada airport - follow Google map and it will be just a train ride away. Price is relatively cheap when compare to other hotel in the region.

I would stay again
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The rooms are small but have an good design and since we were only there in the evening to sleep it worked for us. The beds and pillows are firm but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. Very friendly staff.

We stayed two times here. First is when we arrived in Tokyo from overseas and second is after our 5 day trip to Osaka. In both occasions, we were accommodated warmly by the staffed. The daily breakfast served added to the convenience. JR line is not that far. This is surrounded by convenience stores, as well. The best bit is it is still a quiet area and doesn't feel too crowded. We were able to sleep well.

Location is near subway like 3min walk. 2 convenient store within mins. Burger King and nice odon noodles nearby. Staff was nice but English not so well. Breakfast was cook by local aunties very tasty. Highly recommend place to stay.

Toyoko inn Akiba-DONT EXPECT TOO MUCH!
Toyoko Inn Akiba the hotel quite accesible to nearest train station.Regarding the food, Breakfast menu was repetitious though filling enough to start the day as it was a buffet breakfast. Regarding the room, bed was compy and we requested adittional pillow which they granted. Our overall comment The hotel was Ok, no fancy, straightforward hotel. Dont expect to much... Value for money is good for this hotel but if there are other hotel to compare weve rather look for another options. What bothered us was their frontliner customer service-No warm welcome, even when we left we felt unappreciated considering that we are stayed for 8 days.(We stayed last June 8 to 15, 2019) Business as usual. Positive experience from a hotel guest was lacking. Except those manning the kitchen and the housekeeping personell were courteous and pleasant, always smiling and greeted us every time we met them. Definitely we will consider other hotel when we will visit Japan soon.

Room was nice, clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great location very close to sub-way. Only thing I would have changed is the mattress (I don't like hard mattresses). Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend.

Untrustworthy hotel
I stayed for 2 nights with a large vehicle. A hotel staff introduced external parking lot. He explained price system of the parking with paper which has this hotels's name, but this information was wrong and I had to pay $50 more. The worst thing was the staff said this is my fault and the hotel has no responsibility because this parking lot is external one even the hotel staff explained with a paper which has this hotel's name.

A great stay if one loves Japanese breakfast
In general, everything was perfect to us, a couple of Chinese descent from the United States. At the free breakfasts, we enjoyed our first taste of excellent Japanese rice and fresh vegetables. The coffee was good too. In the meantime, it was our understanding that our friends, who are > 6' and weigh > 250 lbs, might not find this place desirable. They would feel like living in a matchbox and the breakfast too different from their style. On the other hand, the location is great for everyone: One can walk to a subway station, the Senso-ji temple and jog along the beautiful Sumida River. There is a youth hostel behind the hotel. After this stay, I would certainly prefer this hotel.

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานี Asakusabashi ที่นี่มีทั้ง JR และ Subway สามารถเดินทางไปสนามบิน Haneda และ Narita ได้สะดวกมากๆ ถ้ามา subway แล้วมีกระเป๋าใหญ่ให้ใช้ exit 1 จะมีลิฟต์ แถวที่พักมีทั้ง Lawson และ 7-Eleven มีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน หาของทานง่ายมาก จะเดินทางไปขึ้น Shinkansen ที่ Tokyo Station ก็สะดวก เดินทางไม่นาน พักห้องใหญ่นอนได้ 4 คน ห้องกว้างดีเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางได้สะดวก มาโตเกียวก็ชอบจองที่นี่ค่ะ สะดวกสุดๆ เลย
