Reasonable price for what you get and it’s conveniently located next to the ramp/escalator exit to Ueno (great when you’re carrying luggages)

Very easy to find the hotel. Very clean and spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. Lots of good local restaurants around. Would definitely come back again.

Good location ! Close to Ueno station and many stores. Hotel itself is very clean but neighbors are dirty. I’d stay if I was by myself.

We were absolutely beat from a long day. Decided to chance getting a place last minute by Ueno Station and couldn’t be more pleased. Quick walk and the check in and room was excellent. We were upgraded for free because they had a larger room available. Robes and slippers for guest were a nice touch. We will stay here again. The price was excellent for the quality of stay. Very pleased. I rarely leave a review, but wanted to give a shout out for this one.

Third time staying at this hotel - Very good location, very clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. The standard queen bed room may be slightly small for two person travel, but as a business hotel it fits perfectly. Definitely recommend for business and leisure travel.

The staffs are just lovely and very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Overall, a delightful place to stay with its promximity to restaurants and train station. The rooms size are standard in japanese standard and clean.
