The hotel was amazing, very accommodating. Expedia was not helpful when the reservation was booked. It was confusing and there was no customer service. I was almost left without a room, but the hotel fixed it for me. Will probably never use Expedia again!

Very nice staff. Rooms are tiny to the extent that most guests leave their luggage outside of their rooms. WiFi speed is not so great.

Two days before my stay, the hotel sent me an email threatening to treat me as a no-show and charge me if I did not reply with my check-in time. I responded to the email, but did not receive a confirmation email. I tried calling the accommodation several times to confirm this, but the call was not connected. One day later, without my consent, the hotel used my card information to charge me for the stay. Upon checking in, the hotel again asked me to pay, but I refused. Only then did the hotel cancel the card authorization and ask me to pay again. I've traveled a lot, but I've never seen a hotel like this where you pay before your stay. The hotel explained that these were standard procedures. Generally, if I no-show at a hotel, the hotel usually charges me after the stay date. I don't understand this behavior of the hotel. I also made a reservation for 2 adults and 1 child, and made the reservation as the hotel advertised that we could stay in a standard double room. However, the room was too small for two adults, and on the morning of check-in, I requested a side bed and was told that it was possible, but at check-in, they said that such a service was not available. I was displeased with this entire experience at the hotel and would never want to use it again. Also, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else at all. I paid for 3 people, but I think the service is not even good for 2 people. This place is just an inn.

If you want to stay in a center area and willing to compromise on comfort maybe it’s for you. Reception dont talk to you either 3.00 pm and they want you out by 10:00 am sharp. It is more a Hostel

The hotel facilities and location were great. Rooms are small, but this is what we want in a location close to Shibuya. Be wary for first time visitors, because being a small/new hotel it can't provide some of the support that a larger hotel could. Be ready to figure out your own transportation, luggage, etc. Maybe we missed a set, but the room seemed to only have one set of outlets. That made it difficult to charge more than just our phones during our stay.

Tokyo is expensive for hotel accommodation. The OneFive Shibuya is reasonably good value. Staff are good. Hotel is within walking distance of Shibuya station, Meiji-jingu Temple and high-end Omote-sando architectural street. Our room was small, maybe rooms with a double bed rather than two singles are a little more spacious.No space for a chair even. No breakfast on site. Hotel has a restaurant with restricted hours. Foyer lounge is spacious and has coffee and tea making for guests. Overall, a good option if needing a base in Shibuya

property needs to be renovated, bed is hard as a rock. iam fine with it because it reminded me with sleeping on tatami mat feeling. my wife and kids complain all the way though. hotel need to invest in new matress. the ac duct on the ceiling also has a lot of dust lint that has not been cleaned forever. The plus is it is close to shibuya shoppings, crossing while also secluded. The real estate locationis prime notch

The location is pretty central and ideal to shopping but it’s 12 min walking to the train station which is a lot when you’re carrying luggage. Taking a taxi from the local train station might be best if you have luggage. The room is very small - the single occupancy room is very tight no where to stretch or lounge and if you’re claustrophobic it could feel very stuffy. The frint desk staff were pleasant when they were there. Check in and check out times are very strict so no leeway there. They say you can drop your luggage at the hotel if outside of check in and check out time but it’s a luggage space in the small lobby area that anyone can come in and grab stuff so you can’t leave valuables behind. Overall it’s ok but it’s a bit far walking distance from the train station and also the room is very small for the price. But Tokyo is expensive! The other good thing is there’s a small window in the room and the window opens just a little bit to let some fresh air in which was helpful for me. 😄

Perfect and affordable spot if you want to stay in Shibuya. Small but superisingly comfy. Walking distance from Shibuya Crossing, and 15 minute walk to Harajuku. Even in the area, there are bars and shops there too. Staff was pleasant, and cleaning team did not invade in my room besides change sheets and towels, which was awesome. Would return to stay their again.

The hotel location is great! Very close to Shibuya crossing/train station/dining/shopping etc. There is family mart across the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The room and bathroom is quite small but we were able to manage. I would stay here again!

Nice, but room too tiny
Convenient location and great staff but the room was so ridiculously tiny that it was actually uncomfortable. No furniture in which to unpack. My husband and I had to move around in the room like one of those sliding tile puzzles, one of us having to move into an available spot to allow the other to pass, and having to squeeze sideways to pass between the bed and the wall-mounted tv. The space in the bathroom was so tight that when I was standing in front of the sink washing up, my elbow kept knocking into the wall.
