The hotel is situated in the middle of everything. You can't stay more centrally. The breakfast buffet is excellent :-)

The hotel is right in the heart of Tokyo. Many restaurants and shopping right as you walk out of the hotel. The Shibuya Station, a major transportation hub is directly across the road.(as well as the Shibuya Scramble!) Check in on the fifth floor. Safe and clean area. Transportation from the Narita Airport to Shibuya Station very easy. Take the Narita Express from the airport directly to Shibuya Station. Reasonably priced for the location. Despite the busy area, the hotel was very quiet. Ask for a room on a high floor for a great view of the scramble and Tokyo pedestrains. Rooms are basic and very clean. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant. (pizza) It was very good. My husband left his backpack on the train and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help him locate it! They immediately called the train station lost and found. Someone turned it in! We could not have found it without their help. We will stay here again if we are ever in Tokyo.

Really enjoyed our stay here in Shibuya. It’s literally an elevator ride down to the infamous Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko’s statue and the hustle and bustle of shopping and food and gacha in Shibuya. It is also a 15 minute walk to Yoyogi Park and about 20 minute walk to Harajuku/Omotoesando! Really loved this hotel. Super peaceful to sleep at night and great luggage forwarding service.

This hotel was amazing. We had a great view of the Shibuy sky building. The staff was very helpful and kind. They help us with our laugage delivery to our next destination. The hotel was easy to find and great access to the train stations. I will stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

Excellent views from the hotel rooms. Good size rooms. Excellent location and very easy bus service to the airport from the 5th floor. Very helpful staff too. Would recommend if you want to be in the Shibuya area.

Nice hotel, but quite expensive. Breakfast was good but very expensive compared to eating out in Tokyo. Location was good, right at Shibuya crossing with train station next door.

Very busy area which is great to be in to get around easy. Very close to Shibuya station. The hotel itself wasn't anything spectacular and cleanliness of room was slightly concerning. Found a sock behind a chair and a billfold on the desk when checked in that should have been easily seen by cleaning staff. That concerns me as to what else they missed. Staff at lobby were in general good except for one gentleman who attempted to block me from accessing the front desk when I returned from being out. It was closet to nighttime and I had a question for the front desk. Instead of welcoming a potential guest to the hotel he said hello and blocked my way. Very offputting. He could of said oh hello are you a guest rather than just being physically intimidating. So if you want to be close to Shibuya crossing and station then this could work for you but honestly for the price and what you actually get you might want to look elsewhere.

Great spot with some excellent views of the scramble crossing. Room was spacious if a little dated, compared to the price tag. Staff were lovely and helpful. But it’s an excellent spot for exploring and so many dining options around and about.

Great location, it wasn't far from yoyogi park. They had a lot of great restaurants around in the area, also Market city was amazing. A grocery store just right under the hotel. What was terrible was that we almost missed our flight back home due to terrible service. I was told by the front desk to wait in the lobby for our taxi. The gentleman who had told us to wait later disappeared and was no longer at the front desk. We had waited over an hour until we just decided to call our own Uber. The unfortunate thing about Uber, or even the taxis, is that they don't pick up at the hotel, so you have to walk off the property to a side street to get picked up. Luckily, we made our flight with 10 minutes to spare *whew* I just wished that the gentleman would have let us know that it would take a while to get a taxi, or if he did just forget and left, he would at least had let us know the status. We did spend a good amount of money here, and the reviews were really good. It was the service that was a bit disappointing.

Great location.Loved the corner unit for viewing of the crossing. The staff was terrific. The rooms are small and show their age. It could use a makeover, but it served the purpose.

Very bad for the price we paid (400 usd a night, no ABF). No early or late check out. Super small room and bathroom. Staffs are worst part, just like robots and show zero willing to support anything even calling a taxi. Location is the only thing make this hotel standing out. Recommend to pay more for better services hotel.

Great location for those visiting Japan for the first time. You can definitely hear the bustling city from the room but eventually it all quiets down after a certain point. Our room was a good size. The staff here was amazing and understood English. So many places to shop, eat and accessible transportation very close by.
