My first time staying at a capsule/cube hotel. Was much more comfortable than I expected! Very quiet and had everything you'd need. Except, if you're a foreigner, don't expect any non-Japanese channels on the TV so bring your own tablet or cellphone for entertainment. The common room was where you could talk, eat or drink. Was pretty chill. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Staff was very friendly! When traveling with friends, giving yourselves a privacy break from each other through this capsule hotel through separate cubicles is very refreshing, especially since my friends and I were able to sleep next to each other in the same row! We were lucky we traveled in a group of three because we had one whole row of cubicles to ourselves. The complementary tooth brushes, curling irons, PJs, and towels saved us the trouble of having to buy our own if we happened to forget ours. We would definitely stay here for longer than 2 nights to enjoy the peaceful vibes in the shared space in the lobby & quiet nights!

Exactly what I need when traveling and using this just to sleep. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Daily pjs and towels were given and the floor I was on was very quiet. There are some food places, subways nearby, and other convenient stores here.

I like how close to the station it was. I didnt like how warm they kept the rooms though and the fan in the rooms werent effective at all. They were practically a noise maker.

Great location, right by the station. so easy access. Place was clean and perfect if you need a place just to sleep. It wasn't noisy. Lots of choices in restaurants and affordable. Cost wasn't bad since you have lots of head room and a private area. I didn’t feel claustrophobic. Washroom and shower clean and amenities was included. The common area there an extra cost for drinks. Lots of room if you need to work.

comfy bed with private luggage storage. I always stay here every time of visiting Tokyo. Ease of connection between Tokyo and both Narita and Haneda make this hotel is the first choice in my plan, also surrounding is filled with restaurant, cafe, conbini. Staff is very nice 👍🙂

Very comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, and it has all your basic needs. I would definitely recommend staying here if traveling alone or in a small group. While there are shared spaces, it still felt private and was quiet. Staff was very kind and gave us a great ramen recommendation that was right around the corner (Gen Raku).

Absolutely love this cube hotel! I’ve stayed at a capsule hotel before but this was way better. The facilities were clean and updated. My pod had everything I needed including a safe and substantial shelf that I used to do my make-up. There was a manga library and the staff were super helpful in assisting me to send my luggage to the next location. Seriously great stay!

The property was clean and tidy. The showers impressed me the most. Only small issue I had is that I needed to wait for my capsule to be cleaned, while not sleeping for 20 hours. Good overall experience, with a fair price and excellent location.

Not great for a light sleeper
The facility itself is fantastic! As a personal preference it was a fun experience but being a light sleeper, it’s difficult to get a good nights rest. People come and go at all hours of the night and talk and rummage around their suitcases. With just a light screen for privacy, it was too loud. But if you are more of a heavy sleeper, Mystays is a great place. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and organized.

Located in the sleepier area of Asakusa, this hotel is well positioned to give you a break after a long day but also near enough that you can get back into the heart of Tokyo fast. Really lovely capsule hotel. I like that the bathrooms and showers are on the same floor as your bed, unlike other capsule hotels which typically have them on separate floors.

Pleasantly surprised.
It was my first experience staying in a cabin hotel, and i was pleasantly surprised how clean, comfortable the place is. The bed was comfy, plus it has even got a nice common area to read/work/eat. Location was convenient, with Macdonalds just next door too.

I love how comfortable the bedding was! The staff are very friendly, kind, and offer to replace your towels for you every night during your stay. This place is clean. There's only one bathroom on the women's floor only and four bathroom stalls. It's convenient and even close to many dining options, a 7-11, and Family Mart! I highly recommend this place!

The sleep spaces were roasting hot and needed a humidifier. Luckily someone opened the window at night sir it wasn’t so hot. Place is spotless. Did laundry and was pleased. The bed areas are nice and the floor was so quiet all night long. I’d stay again!

First time r trying a pod and it was a good one! Super clean and I loved how spacious this particular cube was. I also was happy about the storage situation and how it was locked. I have a big check in luggage and it fit with extra space! Plus great location and pricing. I highly recommend it.

A great hotel
Spent one night at this capsule hotel. The hotel was very clean, service friendly, and they provided all hygiene products you need from shampoo to toothbrush and Korean style face cleansing. Would definitely stay there again!

Unlike many capsule hotels you need not checkout if you are staying more than one day. Even though it is a capsule hotel it is like any other hotel. Suitable for more than one night stay.

Good location, very close to the subway. It's okay, we stayed during the public holiday so there is no cleaning service (I wish we knew this before hand) The positive note: They still provide you with a set of all the necessities. If MyCube could strictly enforce the shoe wear into the shower room like other hostel. It would be great and cleaner for sure for everyone.

The place was very good, all the amenities in general, what I don't like (just a personal opinion) they had the heat very hot and I couldn't sleep well and breathe good, the have to make a balance between AC and heat
