The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The small breakfast area provided a basic breakfast. We found that the Takebashi station is much closer to the hotel than the Kudanshita station which is handy to know. We would stay there again.

I had a really good stay, thank you. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, kept my luggage for few more hours after checkout, much appreciated. Limited breakfast choice, but it was expected, considering the price, so good value for your coins. Many transport options nearby

Direct subway lines to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Shimbashi. Rooms are small (Like most hotels in Tokyo), but new and well thought out. Sound proofed rooms, so very quiet. Literally can't hear anything from neighbors.

Very convenient location within walking distance from three train stations with a lot of restaurant and izakaya options nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Only downsides to note would be the room was a bit dusty and both the bed and pillows were on the firmer side. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I would recommend staying here!

Room very small with a basic plastic bathroom. Laundry facilities provided which was very convenient, 7 eleven directly next door. Some nice dining options within a 5-10 minute walk, and metro about 10 minute walk away. Room was fine if you're only there to sleep. Common areas well kept but room was a bit tired looking.

The staff at the front were friendly and helpful, and spoke english which was nice! Room was bigger than I expected and had a nice view, could see the budokan roof from my room. Also has a coin laundry machine thats all automatic, set it and walk away for a couple hours. Also within 5-10 minutes of walking to a couple stations, also very close to the Imperial Palace/Gardens/Budokan, 10-20 minutes away depending on which entrance and was surprisingly quiet and calm to get around. 7/11 right out front was nice as well. Will stay here again if I am in the area!

Beds were uncomfortable and sheets were stained when we got our rooms. The staff were really nice though. Our rooms were small and didn’t have enough space for two people with 2-3 luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other. The area had some nice restaurants but overall was more quieter so things would close early. Subway station wasn’t too far of a walk and you had multiple you could go to. Overall don’t think I will book again here mainly for the area and the cleanliness.
