Very clean and quiet room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was just right size and functional. Kitchen and dining table were perfect for us. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Only downside was that it does not have a spa.

The only complaint I have is that the shower was quite small for the double room. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. There is complementary coffee and soft cream ice cream and even a rooftop deck!! I chose this hotel for the location and value. The Hibiya Line entrance #2 is close by as well as 2 convenience stores. Roppongi Hills is across the street and Don Quijote and Tokyo Midtown are 10 minutes away by walk. Many restaurants in that area, definitely something for everyone.

Room was old and small but manageable. Clean towels daily. Water pressure for shower was perfect. Didn't hear any noise. Staff were very helpful when transferring our luggage to Kyoto. Location was ideal for us since it was close to everything we wanted to do and see.

Took a family trip to Japan and the Act Hotel was our first stay of several. Although it’s a small boutique hotel it had great amenities and comfortable beds. The location was in a nice quiet area and near transit stations. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

For the price it’s a good hotel. However, staff just seemed like they did not care about you or want to talk to you that much. With that being said, we did not have any issues with them or with our stay. It was a small room, but for the price it’s well worth it. Additionally it’s in a very good location and next to the station.

Nice hotel and neighborhood

It’s a very nice place to stay if u like quiet neighborhood and super convenient! There are so many nice restaurants around and super close to metro station. If u love museums, there are so many famous museums around the area. And there is a free ice cream machine in the hotel lobby for every costumer!

We had an excellent stay at the ACT Hotel. It was clean, staff was pleasant. We had towel service daily. Room was small depending on where you are used to staying. We came from the United states so this was a very small room but it was comfortable, clean, had everything that we needed in it. We even had to use the laundry room and it was clean. Very conveniently located to subway, restaurants, convenient stores and mall. I would definitely stay again.

The room was small as normal Tokyo hotels are but very cozy and the appliances worked well and were of quality. The water pressure was great and the temperature controls were effective. Stayed for one night. The downside was no room cleaning during the stay and the blinds (we had 2 windows right above the bed) were not blackout
