There is a supermarket next to our building as you say. We prepare free amenities at the recpetion. We apologize to you for the smell of room. It takes about 25 minutes on foot from Shinjuku station though, taking trains to Okubo station makes it to 3 minutes walk. Okubo station is only 1 stop away from Shinjuku station.
