Clean, larger than normal room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast--Japanese and western items. Close to Tokushima station--less than 5-minutes walk. May be awkward with large luggage. There are a lot of stairs, up and over the street, but look for the elevators/escalators to get you across--a bit hard to see the first time, but once you know, you know.

Property is very accessible and conveniently located adjacent to Tokushima Bus Station, which is the main congregation point for all local buses in the area. Let's be honest, you shouldn't spend much time in your hotel room when you are in a foreign country, you should be exploring and getting a feel for the culture.
