Toelzer Land Hotels with Breakfast

"Nice and clean, big rooms. Room amenities a little lacking. Didn't get coffee cups until the last day, sugars not stocked up, coffee stirrers taken away, bottled water only given once and told the tap water was drinkable when requested at room service. Odd. Also cleaners extremely loud, woken at 7am most mornings as they were bashing around cleaning the next room. No slippers or robes."

"Upon check-in the room did not match the category that was reserved and paid for. I had booked a premium room with a view. The view was a construction site and not the city view. When I highligted this to the Reception, I was advised the view is subject to availability. I explained my concern & kept giving me the same explanation, the view is subject to availability!!"

"This hotel was quitre a pleasan experience. The decor of the room is quirky and there are some freebees in the mini bar. Noise level was low, despite the district which was comveniently located across from the Hauptbanhof. I ate the breakfast one day for 29 Euro and it was very good. The only drawback was that there was no desk of chair in the room, I assume because they want you to get out and enjoy the bar and restaraunt and use the room for sleeping. Of the 5 hotels I booked this trip, this was second best on my list. "

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."
