"Great spot on a great location of Manchester. Staff here were excellent always trying to help with recommendations. It is more like apartment style which is fun and different. They offer any amenities you need but won't bug you everyday for housekeeping. Had everything in the kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine which we didn't expect. Dont expect to have a good king bed in this hotel

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
