"This was an excellent break from exploring big cities, and exactly what our family of five needed. Lutz and his wife were spectacular hosts, and worked to always ensure we had a relaxing time. From helping with access to the national park to a glass to go with our bottle of wine - always helpful. It was also remarkably affordable. We rented a 6 bed room which never felt small or cramped. "My stay was overall nice. Positives: The room is clean. The reception Staff are amazing, they are fast and helped with my request quickly. The Bed is comfortable and the room is cozy. Negatives: There was a road construction in front of the Hotel with no parking places and the hotel parking was expensive as an option. There was no fridge in room unfortunately although there was a place were it should be there. Solutions for the negatives are possible in my opinion to make this an even nicer...

"The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all...
