Good location, but bad management. Booked a 4 bed apartment, but it was not available at check in. The apartment is falling apart. The faucets come off in your hand, the doors don't close, and the shower is terrible. The staff have no training to deal with guests. The highlight was a good breakfast.

Muito boa

Pousada muito bem localizada em Tiradentes. Nos hospedamos no quarto com banheira de hidromassagem, muito top. Quarto com cama confortável, excelente café da manhã e funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Perto do centro histórico, das igrejas, dos restauranres e tem farmácia e supermercado ao lado. Ah, e também fica perta da ferrovia onde se pega a Maria Fumaça para JSDR.

Instalação muito mal cuidada

A localização e o atendimento são excelente, mas a infraestrutura e péssima, a limpeza do ambiente é muito ruim, o quarto parece um local abandonado, com muita sujeira, e estrutura sem o mínimo de conservação: luzes queimadas, fios expostos, caixinhas de passagem de fios sem cobertura, jardins mal cuidados e cheio de mato, etc. Achei o ambiente muito mal cuidado pelo local e pela infraestrutura.

Check in ruim e bom café da manhã

O check in foi confuso e tumultuado, o recepcionista completamente despreparado, a suíte não corresponde as fotos app, lateral da cama encostada na parede , quarto minúsculo, banheiro com acabamento grosseiro na parede e fiação elétrica exposta. A parte boa foi equipe do café da manhã muito atenciosa e o café muito bom.

A localização é excelente, mas a condição da pousada ficou a desejar. Não é o que consta nas fotos do Instagram e nos hotéis.com. Ambiente precisando de cuidados externos: janelas quebradas, jardim abandonado, peças quebradas pelo quintal, oficina desorganizada exposta passando uma imagem ruim, decoração em excesso, e a área do café precisando de limpeza. O quarto que ficamos foi o único com qual podemos classificar de “bom”. É uma pena! Tem tudo para ser uma excelente pousada, só falta cuidados.
