"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Loved the on-site coffee and food as well as the closeness to Beale street and historic parts of Memphis like the National Civil Rights Museum. Would definitely stay here again. I felt welcomed, safe, and at home. "

"The staff was super helpful and kind! Sheets and room were also very clean, hotel was overall a really cool space. And quiet. It was a little weird because Hyatt Caption has now merged with Hyatt Centric, so you essentially have to check in at Centric and walk to the Caption side. There was a really great sitting space and a bar on the Caption side but it (bar) was not in operation. You have to go to the Centric side. The hotels are adjoining, so not a huge deal. But there were specific reasons why I chose to stay at Caption and not Centric. That said, it’s within a short walking distance from Beale Street, a handful of restaurants, and a coffee/bagel/pastry shop (Hive) nearby. "

"The check in, staff and friendliness of everyone made my stat enjoyable. I called and spoke with someone several times before I arrived and she went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Once I arrived she even let me vent and offered to assist me for things not related to them. Ultimately everyone was amazing and the breakfast was delicious "
