"I mistakenly booked a room with only one bed. Although the hotel was full the clerk managed to find a suite for us at no extra cost. She really saved our butt cause all the hotels in the area were filled "

"They stay was just fine. Everything was as expected. There was no daily housekeeping only because we were not informed that that is now an option and if you want to have daily housekeeping, you have to tell them when you check in. This should have been disclosed at the time the reservation was made. Other than that, our state was just as we expected, and we were pleased."

"Great stay. Although housekeeping had failed to remove a half full bottled water from the previous guest, they quickly replaced the water bottles and apologized for the oversight."
