"This property is one of the best managed ever. I have revisted this property on two occassions and they never miss a beat. The team focus on the details of cleaning, guest service and experience. It is a busy location, but parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great.The team always greet you! I would highly recommened this location to visiting guests."

"I was first given an ADA room. I do not like taking those rooms from others that actually need it. The staff changed the room after trying to convince me that my reservation required it. He then gives me an “upgraded” room that clearly wasn’t an upgrade. The room was decent but the toilet and bathtub were dirty. The shower head was also very loose. I’d give this overall experience a B-."

"Had to ask for a new room because the first one had brown streaks in both beds and pee stains on one of them. Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom along with very rusty tub. Second room was just ass bad with the steaks in the beds but also good crumbs. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and there’s no one to talk to in person. The guy on the kiosk screen was not helpful at all."

"The receptionist took a $50 deposit from me for a room that was paid for already, and I could not even get a receipt for the $50 they wanted to lock up on my card. The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied. You should allow a guest to get a receipt of payment regardless of how the room was booked. You have no problem taking the money so you should have no...

"No complaints it was clean, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve eaten. Lots of selection. Close to shopping, restaurants. Easy on and off the highway"

"Killed a bug in the shower. Nice that there were 4 towels and wash clothes. Could use to have USB and c-port charging spots. Overall a good experience "

"I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor."

It’s mediocre with people’s trash and barbecues in the back area. It looks like people live there on a pretty permanent basis so they hang around smoking by the front or back door.
