"Easy check-in and room was ready. Room was clean, comfortable, and the mini-kitchen is nice. Breakfast options were extremely poor (I would rate it 1 star-worse options I have ever seen) and the staff was so loud. It's early in the am, I don't want to hear about your work/life, etc. It's probably because the breakfast space is right in the entrance and is small and cramped. Overall good and I would stay again."

"Stayed two nights there, as part of a touring band, and it was very nice and very quiet. Arrived the night before our show, tired from the road, and were quickly taken care of and given our room keys. Breakfast both mornings was good!"

"I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's drinks and food. I noticed in the elevator there was a sign that stated your satisfaction (or something to that effect) was Guaranteed. That was not the case. How hard would it have been to replace the refrigerator or move me to a different room? The hotel was not busy."

Our stay last year was great.. this unit was more for a small person or kid.. our really only complaint was the toilet was so small height wise.. which is a task for ur elderly people.. and the picture of the unit was not what we got?? Other than that our stay was great"

Also something orange and sticky on chair. Stains on bedspread Fridge couldn’t be adjusted. Froze my drinks and exploded canned soda"
