"Arrived at 11 pm. I have rarely been received by a more unwelcoming receptionist. Did not talk to me at all, not even to explain the hotel rules and amenities. Tried to make the wifi work for an hour, couldn't. Called reception, their response: "Well, it's working here." Morning staff were friendly and helpful, which made me warm up to the hotel more. They do have a 2-way transfer from Terminal 2, which is helpful. Would not recommend walking between terminals, even though it's not a long walk....

"It’s a beautiful historic property! The architecture, furnishings, murals and grounds are stunning. The location is excellent for walk ability to conveniences and points of interest. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food was mostly excellent. I loved using the saunas and hot pool. The only negative is that, as an older building in a damp climate, there was some mustiness"
