"Wow. Our favourite place. Now itโ€™s our favourite hotel. Perfect location, access to beach. What can I say about the staff - where to begin. Demetrius aka Jimmy was fantastic - he was so attentive, and friendly. Went over and beyond. Greeted us with a warm smile and always had an affable personality. He gave us great food recommendations. He solved our problems. And was incredibly helpful. He is the epitome of Greek hospitality. Made our stay so warming and comfortable. And we definitely will come back again. Alexandra and adriana were so hospitable - breakfast and teas and coffee with a smile. They were incredible. Very attentive and kind. They are lovely humans. Also the Asian lady was also very nice - sorry I couldnโ€™t get her name - beautiful energy and kind soul."

"We have just returned from a 14-night half-board holiday at the Astir Odysseus Kos Resort & Spa and had an absolutely lovely, relaxing holiday. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean and very impressively laid out with a choice of many swimming pools or the sandy beach. Our room (number 531) was very nicely furnished with an excellent view of the Aegean Sea from our veranda and was kept pristinely clean by housekeeping. The quality and variation of food for breakfast and in the evening at the Achilles Restaurant was exceptional with different โ€œthemed foodโ€ nights. All of the hotel staff was excellent, very friendly, professional, helpful, cheerful and always with a smile on their faces. We'd like thank all of the reception staff for their invaluable help and a special huge thank you to all of the restaurant staff, especially โ€œhigh fiveโ€ Nikos, for making our dining experience wonderful. Weโ€™d also like to thank Maria, Ludmila & Lina for the excellent Neck & Back treatments in the Spa. Finally, weโ€™d also like to add a special massive thank you to all of the animation team, especially Evie, Jess, Lauren & Raquel, not just for the fantastic shows, but also for being the professional, friendly, cheerful, easy to talk to young ladies that made our holiday an unforgettable experience. For us, this was the perfect Greek holiday."

"We booked at the last minute after being stranded in Kos due to the recent air traffic control incident. We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, weโ€™re old!). It would be nice to have a pool area with no music for people who prefer a more chilled vibe. The food is unremarkable but plentiful - you definitely wonโ€™t starve here. The rooms are clean but need a bit of TLC (we had no warm water in the shower in the morning - lukewarm in the evening). The gardens and flowers around the resort are lovely & the staff are super friendly & helpful. Best suited for those looking for a lively resort atmosphere. It was a port in a storm for us - & we were grateful for it."
