Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby area and breakfast is very good. Location excellent. I selected a single room as I was traveling solo and the room was very small and dark on the lowest level of the hotel. I would not have selected this room had I known this situation. Next time I would select a double room. Just an FYI. I was so busy seeing the sites I didn’t spend much time there so it was not a problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel from start to finish! The door access was a little tricky, but easily overlooked with all of the other GREAT offerings, including breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else traveling to Reykjavik for convenience and comfort.
