"We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport."

"A lovely quiet hotel a few minutes drive from the centre of Tinajo where are there are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets. If you want a lively nightlife then this probably isn't for you, but if you want a relaxing break where all of the tourist spots are within a 30 minute drive then this place is great. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and the owner was a great help with information about what there was to see and do on the Island. If I were to come back to Lanzarote I would...

"Good breakfast. Good advice about activities for the day. Didn’t use pool as was a bit chilly. Yaiza itself is very sleepy. Not many places to eat- we went to El Golfo for dinner. Quiet B&b, v comfy bed. Simple change for owners to make would be to update bedlinen which may add touch luxury. "

"Our room at Villa El Jable was the yellow one: very comfortable, super clean and silent which was what we were looking for. "My husband and I have just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Secrets Lanzarote. We opted to upgrade to Preferred Club (which I would recommend). We initially stayed in a double room but were very fortunate to be upgraded on our second day to a junior suite. Both rooms were lovely and not too much difference between them. The staff there are wonderful, extremely attentive, polite and friendly. The food was excellent and drinks included the premium spirits as part of the all inclusive package. The hotel is easy walking distance from the port where you'll find a range of good restaurants (Mumbai Masala was amazing!) and a water taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. It's a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday but you may find it too quiet if you prefer a bit of bustle and night life. There are cats who live at the hotel. They're very friendly if you interact with them but otherwise leave you alone. They are well looked after. Overall a fantastic holiday and we can see why people return time and time again. "
