"We were upgraded to an even larger and nicer room (first one was very nice too) by Andie the property manager who could not be any more friendly and helpful with recommendations of places and activities as well as accommodations. The two bedroom 2 1/2 bath was spacious and very clean, not to mention they are equipped with anything you may need and also had washer/dryer which was a big plus. First trip to Colorado and we were not disappointed- beautiful views and friendly people all around! Will be back. "

"Our first time in Breckenridge, and we had the best stay! The room was very clean. The location was steps from main street, the parking garaga was an added bonus. Another bonus was the views. The property and surrounding areas are so picturesque. Loved this property. Would stay here again! "

"The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help. Once I tried to leave and get my money back they were rude & only want we to refund one day of cleaning fee. I couldn’t sleep in the room at all and they have stopped communicating with me. "

"The location is awesome, very centralized. The rooms were cleaned and the staff did a great job. Family friendly, friendly staff. The breakfast packs a little, thy ran out of stuff and didn’t have for replenishing. But otherwise, everything was good . I recommend this hotel "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days. "
