Timgad Hotel Hazem has wonderful, responsive staff, especially the front desk. They helped me get a taxi and helped adjust the number of nights I stayed. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. This is a charming and most certainly underrated hotel in the heart of Batna. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and is operated by a very friendly owner who speaks English fluently.
