"This property is lovely. Unfortunately, Seattle has become a place for many vagrants and the homeless. They loiter around the hotel. My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel, especially at night. "Needed a place to stay for one night before hopping on a cruise to Alaska. Didn’t know anything about this hotel but what a gem! Love how it is decorated and all the information about the artwork. The door knob wall in the lobby area was a pleasant surprise. The staff was really friendly and proactively asked us if we needed a ride to the cruise, which we did! "From check in to check out, everything was smooth, beautiful and clean. The staff working here are extremely nice and helpful. We got here way earlier than anticipated and really appreciated that they had a room ready for us after hours of travel. Love the refillable water stations. Great location, felt safe. "We stayed here the day before our cruise. It was walking distance from Pike market, the tram, etc. The service was nice and the hotel was very clean. There was no where for our driver to pick or drop us off without blocking people so we had to move fast. "
