"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "The room was amazing, so spacious, spotless. Kitchen well equipped. The view from the balcony in the mountain room was amazing. The quiet zone was a lovely view too, where you could get a coffee any time of the day. Vending machine for snacks. The heating in the room was on most of the time, huge lovely radiator, just what is needed when its freezing outside. Location amazing for the three christmas markets and the cog wheel train."
