The staff here are great and were always helpful. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet! Rooms were nicely supplied and the staff kept them really well cleaned. The beds were very comfy and loved the pillows, etc. Our only suggestion - the carpet in this hotel is really tired and worn. Otherwise, good place to stay and great location - you can get anywhere easily.

No complains at all. Most important it was clean. Rooms are nice and kept clean. Bed comfortable and shower and restroom are nice. I stayed 9 days and would rebook for a next trip without a doubt. 30 seconds from major metro station and buses and sits right at the edge of one of the main shopping streets in Berlin. Plenty of restaurants when you step out of the hotel. Great value. Room size decent for 2 people.

"There is no AC in the hotel so be warned as I found out at the check in desk when it was 35degrees. The cleaner was also annoyed that I asked her to clean the room as you have to request this. The location is good and is quite good value for a city break"
