"I found the hotel to be very disappointing. From the start the ease of access was anything but easy. I parked in the parking garage on the 3rd floor being advised upon check in the room was on the 3rd floor. From there I had to navigate with several bags and take the elevator from the parking garage to the bottom floor from there cross over a small street to walk thru the lobby from there exit that area cross over another street, and try to figure out where to access our room.
