Great restaurant on the top floor with beautiful view on Duomo and closed locations. Supplies with bathrobes, slippers, and vanity kit. There is a breakfast option. Close to local stores and cafes."

"We could not have been happier with every aspect of 21 House of Stories Navigli!! Aesthetically it’s gorgeous with tons of unique design aspects, colors and creative touches. The staff is incredibly nice, probably the kindest and most genuinely helpful staff at any hotel I’ve stayed at in the past 10 years - none of that too-cool-for-school attitude you sometimes get at design-forward hotels. Also we just loved the extensive free breakfast - it’s just so nice to not be nickel and dimed about this sort of thing. The two restaurants were excellent and the staff totally hustled at both spots. We also LOVED the pool which was essential in these hot days. The neighborhood is great, very convenient and full of life, near great museums and shopping, plus the canals are a unique part of the city. And the best part? We booked a junior suite to fit my partner and nine year old daughter and the staff upgraded us to their “superhero” penthouse suite with wraparound balcony overlooking the canals, complete with cozy outdoor couches, a table and more. This was hands down the best room I’ve ever stayed in! We cannot thank the front desk staff enough for being so generous and kind. One of them even offered to mail our postcards from his house. I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed in dozens of boutique hotels and this one gets my best rating for overall experience, vibe, amenities and staff. Thank you so much 21 House of Stories!!!!!"
