"We loved our stay! This is the most charming hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy. The building has a lot of history and the interior is very beautiful. We stayed at the junior suite and it was very spacious. The highlight of our stay was the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 and assisted us with everything— including storing our luggages and getting us a taxi to the airport. My only comment is it is near the tram line which can be busy and loud at some times....
