"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets Hotel Astoria Galilee apart is the personal attention, professionalism, and sincere care shown to every guest. It is a pleasure to experience a hotel where hospitality is not just a service, but a genuine commitment. A special compliment to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and valued. The combination of outstanding personal service, warm hospitality, and an excellent breakfast makes Hotel Astoria Galilee a place worth recommending wholeheartedly. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, and we left with wonderful memories and a genuine appreciation for the experience. "The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and had a great two nights of sleep. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. The promenade was walking distance and convenient. The GM and Kim front desk manager were very good and helpful. Our tour guide had an accident and had to cancel one room on the first day. The hotel were very kind and forgave the charge for the first day and gave me a further discount for the second day. They did not have to do that, but the hotel went over and above and beyond the call of service. This is service at its best."

"The room was with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast was not included to the plan but you can find one in the hotel restaurant or on the street. I did not find staff always in the front desk so I had to make a phone call to get out my car from the parking."

"The view from my room was spectacular. The pool was fabulous. Large and plenty of swimming space. Breakfast was amazing. Didn’t know where to begin. All the food was fresh, presentation was very well done. There was staff rotating about the dining room bringing out refills, cleaning the tables, available for all questions. The room was adequate. The shower was great. All in all we had a good experience"

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again."
