Staff are helpful but property is not “luxury” at all. A major overhaul is needed. The least that could be done is to pick up the trash around the bldg and fix the two broken signs. Nobody at front desk when we arrived for 30-min. Couldn’t sell the bath towels at an auction if they were “free”. For $200/night you’d expect more. Avoid this property until improvements executed upon.
