Staffs are not helpful and they do not speaks English. WiFi does not Work most of the time in the rooms.

We arrived and checked in. Went to use the bathroom in our room and almost fell off the toilet because the seat was completely detached from the toilet. There was also some renovation done in the bathroom above the door and they didn’t cover it up, not a bit deal just not nice to look at. We told the front desk about the 2 issues and they were really nice and switched us to a room on the 3rd floor. Toilet was better, but the shower didn’t look so inviting/clean and the room had no WiFi. The bathroom had no shower towels, or shampoo/body wash. We were told to dial “0” if we need anything, so I went to do that but realized there was no phone in the room! Breakfast was ok, not too many options, water tasted funny, and olives tasted rotten. The hotel was a great location and the staff was super friendly but the amenities could be much nicer. Rooms also have a “queen bed” but it’s really 2 mattresses with a big gap in the middle.

The carpet in the room needed badly to be shampooed and sunned. As a result, it produced a smell that could not be masked despite the generous use if air freshener. Otherwise, the upgraded room was perfect.

Boutique-Hotel, daher alles etwas klein. Aber geschmackvoll ausgestattet, und der Preis ist ein Hit (günstig!) - zentral gelegen, gratis Parkplatz in der Nähe. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
