O Hotel Marinas Resort falha miseravelmente em todos os aspectos essenciais de uma hospedagem de qualidade. Sua única vantagem - a localização privilegiada - é completamente ofuscada por problemas graves: Acomodações Precárias: Chalés com problemas estruturais, mobília antiga e camas menores que as contratadas. Conforto Inexistente: Falta de água quente em horários cruciais e invasão frequente de insetos. Manutenção Negligenciada: Instalações deterioradas e itens vencidos no freezer. Atendimento Deplorável: Equipe desinteressada e incapaz de resolver problemas. Café da Manhã Lamentável: Oferta limitada, sem café natural, apenas café de máquina de péssima qualidade. Higiene Questionável: Controle de pragas ineficaz e limpeza inadequada. Relação Custo-Benefício Inexistente: Preços exorbitantes para serviços e instalações de baixíssima qualidade. A discrepância entre o valor cobrado e a experiência oferecida é alarmante e injustificável. Do check-in à partida, a estadia é consistentemente frustrante e desagradável. Recomendação Enfática: Evite este estabelecimento. Seu dinheiro e tempo de férias merecem um investimento muito melhor. Pessima estadia! Dizem que é um resort, mas nem as toalhas do banheiro foram trocadas a cada dois dias - como dizem quando entramos. Sai cheia de alergia e tenho certeza que foi pela sujeira da roupa de banho e cama! O pessoal da recepção é gentil, mas o atendimento dos pedidos que fiz, foi pessimo! Estava há dois dias sem trocarem meus lençóis e toalhas e no terceiro dia - que era meu aniversário, pedi para serem atentos e trocarem. Adivinha? NÃO TROCARAM! Foi o pessoal da recepção noturna que o fez. Pessima sacokba esse lugar! Fora que no restaurante da praia - que é do hotel, veio a comida com um fio de cabelo enorme, já no primeiro dia. Não comi mais lá!!! Vale a pena o sunset e a creperia, mas vc não predica ser hóspede pra ir lá. Recomendo fortemente que fiquem na POUSADA DAS TARTARUGAS - que é bem central e fiquei antes d estar aí. Lá todos os sabonetes e shampoo eram Locitanne, enquanto neste “resort” os sabonetes e shampoo as são de segunda mão e pessima qualidade.

Tivemos alguns problemas no início da hospedagem, que foram pontualmente resolvidos pelo gerente Eduardo. Excelente serviço e hospitalidade. O restaurante tem diversas opções de pratos e todas que experimentamos foram muito boas. Muito obrigada pela atenção e cuidado durante nossa estadia!!!

A vista do quarto é incrivel. Os chales estão construidos em meio a mata original da região. Além do restaurante do hotel, onde servem o ótimo café da manhã, há ainda uma creperia e um lounge dentro do terreno do hotel e com vista espetacular da lagoa e das dunas. Fica a 20 minutos de Pipa.

Lugar muito bom para relaxar e descansar, aproveitando a natureza. Um dos mais bonitos por-do-sol do RN. A acessibilidae de alguns quartos mais distantes, em local mais elevado, complica para pessoas de mais idade. O quarto tem um excelente tamanho mas o ar-condicionado ficou fraco em meu quarto. Tb nao tem black-out nas portas e janelas, amanhece muito cedo e o quarto fuca muito claro.

O hotel é enorme e bem bonito, porém, na classificação eles colocam vista para o mar e a vista não é bem do mar. Os quartos ficam bem distantes e a vista não é das melhores. O quarto apesar de ser grande a cama de "casal" são duas camas juntas, não tinha telefone no quarto e a tv não é smart, os travesseiros eram péssimos.
