Estive hospedada no quarto 02 (de frente para o mar) e, apesar do hotel ter uma localização privilegiada, uma decoração aconchegante e funcionarios dducados, minha experiência foi seriamente prejudicada pela péssima acústica do quarto. Pelo valor da diária — quase mil reais — eu esperava um nível muito maior de conforto e privacidade. No primeiro dia, durante a noite, eu e meu esposo conseguimos ouvir todo o repertório musical do quarto 01. Os quartos possuem caixas de som Bluetooth, e o som atravessava as paredes como se estivéssemos no mesmo ambiente. Por volta das 21h entrei em contato com a recepção, relatei o problema e, após insistir, pedi que um funcionário viesse ouvir pessoalmente, o que de fato aconteceu. O barulho só cessou por volta das 22h30, quando os hóspedes vizinhos desligaram a música. Infelizmente, o problema não foi pontual. No dia seguinte, desde as 19h, o som do quarto ao lado voltou a incomodar — e, mesmo após os hóspedes saírem, o pen-drive continuou tocando dentro do quarto. A situação permaneceu até meia noite. Tenho sono leve e isso simplesmente torna impossível descansar. Foi uma experiência decepcionante, e por mais que o hotel tenha pontos positivos, a falta de isolamento acústico compromete totalmente a estadia. Pelo preço cobrado, esperava muito mais. Não voltaria.

A experiência foi incrível. O hotel é lindo, vista deslumbrante, atendimento muito agradável, café da manhã e chá da tarde sensacionais. O Hotel conta com o restaurante Marrú, é uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica. O único ponto que deixou a desejar na hospedagem foi que solicitamos a limpeza do quarto e a mesma não foi realizada.
