"This is my preferred hotel in Taichung. The hotel is always clean, accessible, and the staff is amazing. I was particulary impressed by how clean the carpet on the 9th floor was. I remember staring at the floor a lot wondering if I could find a stain, but I couldn't. I was upgraded to a nice room with more space. I'm always impressed by the layout of the bathroom. The tub and shower are in the same enclosed space. The mirrors are cleaned very well. The bed is so comfortable. The TV has several well-known channels in English. I've never had a problem and the hotel and the rules of the hotel are good and communicated to the guest before every stay."

"Well maintained , convenient, and very clean hotel!, please give special thanks to the staff at the front desk and they were always friendly & helpful. Charlie and Ling made extra effort in helping me with the uber “positioning”. Appreciation to the housekeeping ladies and their hard work made it possible for me returning to a spotless room every evening. The free coffee and laundry room are definitely additions too. This hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and there is a “ food mart” right across of the street so everything is within the reach. Highly recommend this hotel !"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is relatively new so everything was clean. The staff was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful - especially in helping us book transportation. Location is relatively convenient within walking distance to major attractions in Taichung. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
