A technician came several times and was unable to definitively fix the problem but I was never offered the possibility ..."

"The overall condition of the hotel is nice and clean. One of the gym equipment was broken, no free parking for guests and no breakfast included within the premises is a low score compared to other hotels I've stayed."

"This was one of our best stays. The staff was great and very helpful. They would go out of their way to help and hand awesome recommendations. The location feels very cozy but is only half a block from everything. My family and I will be staying here every time we go to Mexico City."
