"Last minute flight delays meant I needed to stay somewhere near BKK overnight. I saw the reviews about this hotel and about the shuttle service. Everything was as promised and the prompt free airport shuttle service was much needed. The breakfast had lots of selection and the bed was very comfortable - no problems or dramas and staff made sure everything was ok for me and that I could get back to the airport on time. "

"The best thing about this hotel was the service. The bellhop was super helpful and so were the front desk, ladies, and it was very clean very spacious. I love the large bathrooms and the television being hooked up to apps that we can watch our own Netflix and Prime Video is a huge benefit "

"Great location, staff and room. Stayed in the hotel for 10 days. Rooms were clean and satisfactory. Area was in a great spot. Walking distance from MBK, Siam and other mall spots and market. Train station is literally attached to the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to add the breakfast hotel. It's a steal with what they offer. Definitely great way to start your day. Just a few things, could be a make or break for some: 1. Some rooms didn't have proper safety deposit box. We had to changed rooms due to this. The staff were very helpful and helped us changed rooms. 2. We went with family and they said that the a/c wasn't as cold as it could be. Ok when you're sleeping but spending the whole day outside and waiting for the room to cool is a bummer. Other than those would definitely recommend. If we come back to visit we'll definitely try and stay in the same location."
