"Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was closed due to a contamination, however, staff was there to greet and explain to everyone attempting to use the pool. We ate in the restaurant and had good service and good food. We came back later and ordered takeout dessert and while the staff was a bit disorganized with the pickup, the dessert was good. Would stay again."

"The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late."

"The pool and hot tub were really nice after a long day at Cedar point. Check in was a breeze with the male assistant manager, and there were two food options within a short walk. Overall would definitely stay again."

"Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. Not the hotel’s fault but there was also a sports team of high school boys staying...

"Did not like my stay here. The shower didn't work properly. The bedding was terrible and hair on floor. They did not come in daily to refresh towels or make beds ,empty garbage.Will not stay here again or recommend people to stay."

The beds was uncomfortable the one box spring had a big hole ..the bed frame was sticking out on one of the beds hit our legs on it numerous times..everything was sticky..very unprofessional desk clerk dirty clothes..microwave didn't work .. outlets was outdated and had a hard time keeping stuff plugged in. "Spent $270 on 1 night. At best, it was a place to lay our heads for the night. We only had to stay for about 14 hours and it did the job. We found the trash cans in the closet which were full of trash from, I assume, the night prior. Shower water was lukewarm rather hot. Breakfast was probably best thing about the stay and it was just typical hotel breakfast food."

"Our room seemed to be newly renovated which was nice and it was very clean. Conveniently only a few miles from cedar point, I felt it was a good price for the location which also included breakfast. We had a noisy air unit and the door was tough to open and close. There was no gym/workout room as advertised which was one of the main reason I picked this hotel. Very disappointed and got no answers about it from the front desk when I asked why I gym was advertised."

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was no complimentary coffee so we looked for a DD, which wasn't too far away. The bathroom was very small and a little out dated, but overall our stay was fine."
