"We came for a trip with a large family group. The food staff were so accommodating for our needs. Super friendly! A couple complants were that the high traffic areas like the floors to and from the elevators need to be cleaned more often. The dirt and smell was over powering most of the time. These areas should be cleaned several times a day. The public garbage areas need to be emptied more often as well. Otherwise, the rooms were great and clean. We would stay here again. "

"Excellent price and location. The only two hiccups- the guest sheet listed pool opening at 8:30 am and an employee started cleaning the pool at that time instead, which took an hour. The guest sheet also listed check out at 10 am vs. Expedia listing it at 11 am on the resevation. A definite discrepancy if attempting pool time that morning ahead of check out, which of course was impacted by the late cleaning. "I like the area around the property. Our place had a musty smell and it wasn’t a well ventilated place my biggest recommendation is that they have a few large skillets to cook with. There was only a small one so I had to cook one French toast at a time. The other pots were not non stick. Also one of the bathroom doors had a hinge that had pulled out so it was impossible to close unless we lifted the door up and in to place. "
