"The staff was absolutely ridiculous. There was a power outage and I was trying to ask questions about how to get refunded and the front desk person was extremely rude and refused to answer any questions. I will never stay here. Also can’t get ahold of the company to get my refund."

"It does not primarily seem to cater to overnight travelers, but to short-term renters. There is a vagrancy problem, and a trash problem. The place is not maintained. It is better to spend a bit more money and stay elsewhere, if you are only in town for a night or two."
